Somewhat disappointed this visit. Expected to chat with the dentist about the upcoming procedure but, apparently, the doctor did not have the time. I found that disturbing. The girl that tended to me was friendly but, I was being "molded" for partials and when I got to the car and checked there was still crap on my face and in my teeth. I had to clean up and pick my teeth clean. I feel that should have been taken care of before I left the office. And having an appointment with the dentist, I expected the doctor to make time for me. I hope the next visit is a bit more professional.

Highly Recommend! I typically don't write reviews but I feel like I have to for this place. Absolute 5 star treatment from top to bottom. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, welcoming and kind. I felt I was taken very seriously which is often rare due to my young age, they treated me like an adult which I really appreciate. The hygienist cleaning my teeth was super gentle yet thorough, and eased a lot of my concerns. She was super friendly, explained everything so well, and even gave me some great advice for certain toothbrushes and mouthwashes. Dr. Elnazer was also extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. It felt like the staff truly cared about my oral health and my overall experience which is a great change of pace compared to the other offices i've been to. If your unhappy with your current dental office or looking for a better one, GO HERE! I was in the same boat before, but now I've found my permanent office with Advanced Dentistry of CT! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I had a small crisis on my hands when my Maryland Bridge (front tooth denture) busted loose! YIKES!! What was I to do?!?! I wasn't happy with my current dentist and at the same time they couldn't take me in the same day. So, I luckily found Advanced Dentistry by happenstance. I say luckily because they were absolutely brilliant! Everyone on the staff, as well as Dr. Elnazer, made me feel right at home. Of course, no one likes going to the dentist. However, Advanced Dentistry is a very good solution. I have been a patient there since Dr. Britz retired 5 or so years ago and have been 100% satisfied with all their services. My hygienist, Jess, is great, keeps me comfortable and we have lots to talk about, especially when my mouth is free, I have had a couple of fillings and crowns done by Dr. Alnazer with great results. Recently, I needed a major bridge replacement of my front teeth. The original idea included an extraction and implant. Instead Dr. Alnazer was able to save the tooth that was to be extracted, making a much easier experience. I recommend Advanced Dentistry without reservation.

This mother of four active young boys is so grateful to have found this practice! Yesterday I went with all four boys for a cleaning and it was amazing how great they are with my kids! My 3 and 4 year old love coming to the dentist - they explain everything to them and treat them with such kindness! I am so happy as a mom that they ask me to brush and floss and most importantly are NOT scared of the dentist. They are also so good with my 10 and 11 year old! I DEFINTILEY recommend this practice. I've been a long time patient of this office. They do fantastic cosmetic work. Dr. Elnazer is patient and very respectful. He's willing to work with my complicated case, despite the difficult circumstances. You definitely want to come here if you suffer from bad dental anxiety. Unfortunately, you also have to be prepared to pay for most, if not all of your work up front. Advanced Dentistry doesn't take state insurance for adult's and despite acceptng a plethora of other provider's they aren't willing to do much for you in the way of a payment plan. If you have to come out of pocket, you better prepare yourself to pay hundreds, of not thousands up front, in cash or credit card. The good new's is that their rates are comparable to other Connecticut Dentist's. Their work is exceptional. I rate the quality of their work 5 out of 5 star's. Although my rating is 4 star's as of today. Due to the lack of payment plan option and the etiquette of some of the office staff. Some people are much kinder and more compassionate than other's.

I had an amazing experience with this dental group. I was extremely nervous to take my three-year-old to the dentist because he is extremely shy. From the moment we walked in my son felt very comfortable. It was his first time going to the dentist and they wrote his name on a board welcoming new friends. The young lady cleaning my sons teeth made the experience fun for him. My son left with a goodie bag filled with supplies to clean his teeth, a balloon, and a water bottle.
